It happens in the first few hours: you love the house, the agent pushes, and a reservation of several thousand euros is paid before anyone has seen the registry. Then an old mortgage surfaces, or community debts, or an extension without a licence, and that money moves from safe to negotiable. We built our process so that, with us, this cannot happen.
Every property carries its verification status openly: registry extract, energy certificate, community, habitability. While the lien check is running, a reservation simply cannot be placed — by any buyer, for any money. It sounds like software; it is a way of working.
