Cooking from the market, unhurried.
Every morning we choose at the Dénia fish market what reaches the table that night: red prawn, oysters, rockfish. The rest is time and a low flame.

The arròs del senyoret was spectacular. I booked from the website in a minute and they kept us a table on the terrace.
Finally a menu I can read, with allergens clearly marked. Warm service and the freshest fish.
