Process and payment

Every step is fixed before we begin, and every payment hangs on a visible result. This is the path from first visit to guarantee.

    First call and site visit

    We listen, view the house and say honestly what makes sense and what does not.

  2. 02

    Fixed-price quote, in writing

    Scope, materials and the payment plan are on paper before you decide.

  3. 03

    Build phases with tranches

    At most a 20% deposit. Each further tranche is released only after a signed-off milestone.

  4. 04

    Running build documentation

    Dated photos and the payment status in your owner area, viewable from afar at any time.

  5. 05

    Sign-off and guarantee

    Joint sign-off, then a 10% retention runs for 12 months, plus the statutory guarantee.

Why payment follows progress

Consumer guidance suggests paying no more than about 30% up front. We stay below that and tie each tranche to a demonstrable result. That protects you, not us.
